Permanent Cosmetics, also known as micropigmentation, is a form of cosmetic tattooing used to enhance facial features and is a wonderful way to express beauty and eliminate the daily need for continual make-up applications such as eyeliner, filling in and/or shaping eyebrows.
i.enhance permanent cosmetics is new to Dubuque, Iowa and is accepting first time clients, color touch-ups and also corrective work. This is a personalized, intimate service offering everyone the opportunity to feel beautiful and confident inside and out. Appointment times are flexible and fill quickly!
~ Anyone who does not want to reapply make-up everyday.
~ Someone who is experiencing signs of normal aging such as the thinning or
absence of hair the eyebrow area.
~ A person whom experiences allergies to topically applied makeup.
~ Has near and poor vision problems.
~ Has Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, or any dexterity conditions that affect the ability to
apply topical makeup.
~ Anyone who plays sports; swimmers, runners, gymnasts, dancers etc., that
preclude the ability to maintain topically applied makeup.
~ An individual, congenital or acquired lack of eyebrow or eyelash hair (universal
or partial Alopecia).
